A Restoring Process

Working closely with a utility company like Unitil means being able to react swiftly and accurately when important information needs reach customers quickly. Each time there’s a major storm event, it’s our job to help with communication efforts during and after the storm, supporting Unitil as their crews work safely and quickly. When the storm passes, we create printed booklets that recap the event and all restoration efforts—an important tool in keeping the lines of communication open between provider and customer.
